Routing and transfer history: Includes call routing details, transfer events, queue handling, and which agent handled the call.
Search and filter options: Filter by lead, user, date range, call type, or disposition.
Playback and export: Listen to recordings stored in the system, and export or download for offline review or compliance archiving.
Reporting and analytics support: Provides data for performance dashboards, agent review logs, conversion tracking, and compliance audits.

To confirm a recording is available, check that a play button and duration appear in the Call Recording column. Use the download button to save the recording.
Best practices
Use the report for regular call audits. Listen randomly or target flagged dispositions to maintain quality.
Include recording review in agent training. Play back real calls to coach on conversions or lost opportunities.
Filter by high-priority campaigns or lead sources when auditing to focus on top revenue-driving segments.
Export and archive recordings periodically, such as monthly, if required for compliance or regulatory record-keeping.
Troubleshooting
Issue | What to check |
No recording link appears for a call | Confirm call recording was enabled at the time of the call. Check user permissions and system settings. |
Call metadata missing or incorrect | Verify sufficient data was logged. Some IVR or transfer flows may override or skip data capture if misconfigured. |
Unable to play a recording | Ensure you have proper permissions and the recording file is not corrupted. Try downloading instead of streaming. |
Report export fails or is slow | Use narrower date ranges or filter criteria to reduce volume. Heavy volume may cause timeouts. |
Users report recordings are not available | Review call flow settings to confirm recording was enabled for that queue or call type (inbound, outbound, transfer). |
