Navigate The Lead Details Screen

View lead information, communicate with prospects, and manage follow-up from one screen.

Written by Gabriel Buck

Overview

The Lead Details screen brings together a lead’s contact information, communication history, appointments, notes, and supporting documents. Use it to understand previous interactions, record an outcome, and plan your next step.

For example, before calling a prospect, review their history and notes. After the conversation, select an action to record the outcome and schedule a follow-up appointment.

Available tools and tabs may vary based on your account configuration, enabled integrations, and user permissions.

Open Lead Details

  1. Go to My Leads.

  2. Find the lead you want to work on.
